Shipping

All Skatelite products are shipped with ABF Freight Company. All Skatelite products are FOB Tacoma, Wa. Currently we do not offer overnight or expedited shipping. Orders usually take 2-3 weeks for delivery. The freight company will notify you 1-2 days prior to delivery to make drop off arrangements.

Returns & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our goal. Before returning an item, please contact Skateliteexpress.com to obtain return instructions. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging, complete with all tags, instructions, and insert. The return must be post-marked within 10 days of receiving the item. If the return is not due to damaged merchandise, you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to Raineer Richlite in Tacoma Wa. Ramptech does not pay for shipping costs on returned merchandise that is not broken or defective. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit. Orders paid by check will receive a check. Please be aware that the material is susceptible to damage during transit. If damage is visible, reject the shipment, be sure the driver notes the damage and contact SkateliteExpress.com as soon as possible. We will file a damage claim with the shipper and ship a replacement as soon as possible. If the item(s) sent was incorrect, or defective, please contact Sakteliteexpress.com by phone or email. Please do not send back these items prior to contacting skateliteExpress.com. Raineer Richlite must receive goods in new condition to fully credit you for the return or exchange.

Warranty

Skatelite Pro and Skatelite OCC are warranted against manufacturer defects in material for a period of five years from the date of purchase. Skatelite skating surface is warranted against manufacturer defects in material for a period of one year from the date of purchase.The manufacturer does not warrant any material that has been altered or applied incorrectly.
